How
SunWize works: The solar cells in the modules convert the suns
energy into a DC electrical current. This DC current flows into
an inverter which changes the DC electricity to AC electricity
in order to run household appliances. The AC electricity flows
into your electrical service panel to supply power to your home.
If your system produces more electricity than you use, the excess
electricity is re-routed to your utility line and, in states with
net metering laws, is sold to the utility. The utility provides
power at night and during the day when your electrical demand
exceeds what your solar system produces. During a power outage,
your solar system automatically shuts down unless the system includes
battery backup.
Solar modules
will still produce power on a cloudy day although they will probably
only produce about half as much as under full sun.

Solar Hot Water Systems
by
Solar
water heating is a technology that every homeowner can use to
save dollars on utility bills. It's a viable option for homes,
pools and commercial buildings.
Perhaps
the most widely used green energy technology, solar hot water
can provide year-round hot water for your home, pool, or commercial
building. Solar hot water is perhaps one of the most cost-effective
solar technology on the market. With federal tax incentives
and a base of qualified installers it's easy to get into this
technology.
Solargenix
Energy's residential and commercial solar water heating systems
are tested and approved by the Florida Solar Energy Center and
are being packaged for SRCC (Solar Ratings and Certification
Corporation) approvals
Solargenix
Energy has introduced the SOLPAC Solar Heat Exchange Module
for the residential and light commercial solar water heating
markets.
The new product combines all the components necessary to convert
existing electric or gas water heaters into low cost solar water
heating systems. The SOLPAC Heat Exchange Module is completely
prepackaged and designed as a "plug-n-play" appliance
for homebuilders, plumbers and consumers to easily install a
high quality, freeze proof and reliable solar water heating
system. The DC circulation pump in the SOLPAC is powered by
a 20W Photovoltaic module included in the package. The SOLPAC
solar system is exactly what the market has been waiting for,
a low-cost solar heating system with a factory warranty.
